To say that there are a lot of betting options for the Super Bowl would be the most egregious understatement in human history. You can bet on pretty much anything when it comes to the biggest game in American sports. That includes the National Anthem, Coin Toss, Gatorade color dumped on the winning coach and – for obvious reasons this year – Taylor Swift.

As if that isn’t enough, there are also plenty of markets for the halftime show – which in Super Bowl LVIII belongs to none other than Usher. Let’s take a look at the odds and best bets to make on his performance. You can also read our full Super Bowl 58 San Francisco 49ers vs Kansas City Chiefs predictions.

Usher’s first song during the Super Bowl 58 halftime show: Odds and best bet

Odds available at BetMGM Sportsbook at time of publishing.

My Way +100
OMG +145
Yeah! +350
DJ Got Us Fallin’ In Love +800
Love in this Club +1000
Burn +2100
Good, Good +2800
Superstar +2800
My Boo +2800
Boyfriend +3000

Since this is pretty much a crapshoot, you want to roll with something that has relatively long odds and gives you a good payout. “Yeah!” is tempting since its odds have climbed after opening as the favorite, but I’ll go with “DJ Got Us Fallin’ In Love” at +800 odds. To start, you need an upbeat, fast-paced song (unlike “Burn”) with a recognizable opening rift. “DJ” satisfies both requirements.

Total songs performed by Usher at the Super Bowl 58 halftime show

Over 8.5 songs -110
Under 8.5 songs -100

Odds available at FanDuel Sportsbook at time of publishing.

FanDuel Sportsbook has the over/under on total songs set at 8.5. I’ll back the over. Needless to say, it’s not like artists perform any song in its entirety during Super Bowl halftime shows. They roll through bits and pieces of their hits at a rapid rate. Usher’s catalog is vast and he will feel the need to appease his fans by hitting as many as possible. Moreover, as the odds suggest there will be a lot of special guests lined up to join him on stage. The more guests, the more songs…

Special guests: Who will show up with Usher in Las Vegas?

Odds available at FanDuel Sportsbook

Alicia Keys -500
Post Malone -400
Lil Jon -300
Ludacris -250
Justin Bieber -200
Pitbull -120
will.i.am +175
Nicki Minaj +310
Diddy +390
Lil Wayne +550
Taylor Swift +550
David Guetta +640

I would avoid Taylor Swift like the plague — when it comes this particular bet, at least. She will obviously be at the game; she won’t be coming down from the suite and getting on the stage. My best bet would probably be on Justin Bieber, although I would shop around for plus-money odds. Bieber performed for the first time in forever at a Drake-owned club in Toronto during NHL All-Star Weekend. Perhaps he was warming up for another appearance in Las Vegas. Usher was instrumental in Bieber’s musical development, have collaborated on plenty of songs over the years, and they go way back as fellow Atlanta residents. This would make plenty of sense.
