UFC 322 best bet: Zhang Weili ML over Valentina Shevchenko (+102)
The Co-Main Event at UFC 322 will see Valentina Shevchenko take on Zhang Weili. This will be a fight in the UFC Women’s Flyweight division and will be for the UFC Women’s Flyweight title.
Zhang enters this fight with an MMA record of 26-3 and 10-2 in the UFC. She is averaging 5.15 significant strikes per minute and has a striking accuracy of 53%. Zhang is absorbing 2.77 strikes and has a striking defense of 54%. Her grappling is also solid, averaging 2.24 takedowns every 15 minutes. Zhang has a takedown accuracy of 45% and a takedown defense of 74%.
This fight is evenly matched, with Shevchenko listed as the small favorite. Despite that, Zhang looks to be the better betting option. She has the advantage in striking volume, and her grappling is only slightly less than that of Shevchenko. Further, Zhang is 5-0 in her last 5 UFC fights, while Shevchenko is 3-1-1. Given that Zhang is in slightly better form and her striking is better, backing Zhang to win will be our best bet.

UFC 322 prediction: Michael Morales ML over Sean Brady (+124)
The third fight on the Main Card at UFC 322 will see Sean Brady take on Michael Morales. This will be a fight in the UFC Welterweight division.
Morales comes into this fight with an MMA record of 18-0 and 7-0 in the UFC. He is averaging 5.62 significant strikes per minute and has a striking accuracy of 49%. Morales is absorbing 3.31 strikes and has a striking defense of 53%. His grappling is also decent, averaging 1.09 takedowns every 15 minutes. Morales has a takedown accuracy of 41% and a takedown defense of 89%.
Brady is the small favorite in this fight, but given how Morales has fared in the UFC, he still looks to be the best betting option. Morales is not only perfect in the UFC, but has an advantage in striking volume. That being said, his grappling ability does not stack up when compared to Brady; however, Morales has an elite takedown defense that is strong enough to limit the advantage Brady has. Because of this, backing Morales to win will be our best bet.
