“Manic Monday” is over, and now the stage is set for a women-only schedule of play on Tuesday. Yes, you will have to wait more than 24 hours for the likes of Novak Djokovic and Roger Federer to get back on the court. There are, however, plenty of betting options in the form of women’s quarter-final action. Angelique Kerber, Karolina Pliskova, and Aryna Sabalenka are among those bidding for spots in the last four.

Throughout the two weeks in London, Pickswise will be offering plenty of content to help you become a winner at tennis betting.

Now it’s time to take a look at some of the best bets for Tuesday at Wimbledon, and be sure to also check out our best futures bets for the fortnight.

Karolina Muchova +2 games over Angelique Kerber (-115)

At 33 years old, Kerber appears to be past her prime. Yes she is a former Wimbledon champion (2018) and is playing great on grass this summer, but her sample size of recent success is small. This marks her first trip past the fourth round of a slam since that triumph at the All-England Club three years ago. Muchova seems to be going in the other direction. This is her second appearance at Wimbledon and also her second quarterfinal run. The Czech is 8-1 in total sets so far. Her variety of spins and slices works perfectly on the green stuff. With Kerber having played a ton of tennis in recent weeks (multiple three-setters in Bad Homburg a little more than a week ago and also at Wimbledon), she may run out of gas in what is sure to be a match with tons of grueling rallies against Muchova.

Karolina Pliskova -3 games over Viktorija Golubic (-125)

It is true that Golubic has been playing the best tennis of her career this year. Still, prior to 2021 grass was actually her worst surface (16-16 lifetime match record on the lawn). It’s not like you can just suddenly expect her to make the semi-finals of Wimbledon. Advancing to the quarters is incredible enough, but Pliskova is a big step up in competition from her previous opponents. Pliskova is 8-0 in sets this fortnight and has not even been pushed to a tiebreaker. The Czech’s last six set scores are 6-2, 6-2, 6-3, 6-3, 6-2, and 6-3. Her serve does wonders on this surface and she is going to absolutely pummel Golubic’s weak second serves.

Ons Jabeur +2 games over Aryna Sabalenka (-115)

Sabalenka won their previous 2021 encounter four months ago in Dubai, but their one and only Grand Slam meeting came at the 2020 French Open and Jabeur got the best of that one. Perhaps it isn’t surprising, because until now Sabalenka was an abject failure at majors. This is her first trip to a slam quarter-final, so it remains to be seen how she will handle the moment. Jabeur has been even more impressive en route to her second career Grand Slam quarterfinal. The Tunisian’s last three wins have come over major champions Venus Williams, Garbine Muguruza, and Iga Swiatek. She looks poised to take out another.
