About Last Night

Vladdy cashes +365 Home Run Derby pick!
The lack of actual baseball games didn’t stop us finding a great winner yesterday as Vladimir Guerrero Jr.’s Home Run Derby success cashed our Home Run Derby best bet at +365 odds! The Blue Jays slugger joined his father in winning the competition, beating Randy Arozarena in the final.

Djokovic and Alcaraz advance
Novak Djokovic and Carlos Alcaraz punched their tickets to the Wimbledon quarterfinals on Monday and they were joined by America’s Christopher Eubanks, who rallied from 2-1 behind to defeat #5 seed Stefanos Tsitsipas. Madison Keys also staged a comeback in her match to beat Mirra Andreeva 3-6 7-6 6-2.

Best Bet of the Day

Tennis: Andrey Rublev over 0.5 breaks of serve over Novak Djokovic
10:00 am ET, ESPN

Andrey Rublev has always been more of a returner than a server, which is part of the reason why grass is not his best surface. But he is playing great from the baseline and just took down a huge server in Alexander Bublik, breaking serve 3 times on the way to his first Wimbledon quarterfinal berth. The Russian has earned 19 total breaks at these Championships, putting him just 1 off the overall lead. In 4 meetings with Djokovic, Rublev has failed to break serve twice, but one of those matches was a quick 2-setter on a fast indoor hard court and in the other he generated 5 break points at this year’s Australian Open but failed to convert. The world #7 broke Djokovic a combined 7 times in their other encounters, including a hard-to-believe 6 at the clay-court tournament in Belgrade 2 years ago. It is far tougher to break serve on grass, but asking Rublev to do it just once certainly isn’t too much. Read our full Wimbledon tennis predictions.
