Another NFL Sunday is upon us, and I'm kickstarting my NFL parlay by targeting the morning game in Madrid and for the Bengals to beat the Falcons. Atlanta picked up a big win over the 49ers before laying an egg in a mudbath against the Bucs last week. Overall, the Falcons have struggled against top-tier offenses, and that will likely happen again when they face Joe Burrow, Ja'Marr Chase and Tee Higgins. Cincinnati's defense has also improved and should be able to harass Michael Penix Jr., who has the fourth-most turnover-worthy plays in the NFL. International games can lead to some strange results, but the Bengals should take care of business in Spain.
Next in our NFL parlay, I'm backing the Cowboys to beat the Colts by at least a touchdown. This is more a fade of the Colts than anything else. Indianapolis is hosting a firesale, and the team understandably responded to that demotivating news by losing 42-7 to the Jaguars last week, with them trailing 28-0 at halftime. Things are unlikely to be much better at home, where I expect there to be a toxic atmosphere at Lucas Oil Stadium. Dallas suffered an almighty fourth-quarter collapse to lose to the Cardinals last week, so the Cowboys have their own demons to exorcize, but they still boast one of the NFL's best offenses and I can't see how this diminished Colts team keeps up with them.
Rounding off our NFL Sunday parlay, I like the Broncos to beat the Panthers in Carolina. Denver just earned a huge victory over the Chiefs last week to earn their fourth victory in a row, with their only defeats this season being to Kansas City in Week 1 and the 49ers in Week 4. This team retains its elite defense and is beginning to get things together on offense. As for the Panthers, they were once 3-2 but have since been blown out 43-13 by the Bucs before a 27-19 defeat to the Packers on TNF last week. These are two teams going in opposite directions, and the Broncos have the clear talent advantage. I like Denver to keep its winning streak going.
