Cowboys vs Eagles Player Props: Best Bets and Predictions
Week 7 in the NFL comes to a close with a NFC East showdown between the Dallas Cowboys and the Philadelphia Eagles (+5.5). Both teams are in a season defining moment despite it being Week 7 and both for very different reasons. The Cowboys have dropped two straight games and both times were held under 20 points of offense. A season that had bright expectations is now very much in question if Dak Prescott and company cannot come away with a divisional win Monday night. The Eagles shocked the league when Jalen Hurts put on IR for blood clots and a lot of uncertainty around when he will return. Hurts aside, the Eagles have battled injuries to key players like Saquon Barkley, Devonta Smith and Dallas Goedert -- but Barkley and Goedert should return Monday night to help Tanner McKee move this offense. This game is a stoppable force against a moveable object.

I like what I saw last week from Lemon and McKee last week despite a mid-game injury putting Lemon to the sidelines; he eventually returned. Lemon had six targets and has had 6+ targets in three straight weeks. McKee was dealing with pressure and Lemon was an immediate thought in the check-down across the middle of the field. The only issue last game was that it was actually close; it was a one score game with 10:42 in the fourth quarter, so the Panthers never really had to sit back in coverage and keep everything in front of them. For Monday night, I actually lean the Cowboys pulling out a victory -- and that gives us a negative game script for Lemon to chew up more yards vs taking a very much juiced over 3.5 receptions play. Also, the Cowboys rank 23rd overall in missed tackles compared to the Panthers last week sitting at seventh.
Same Game Parlay: Barkley 2+ Receptions / Jake Ferguson 20+ Receiving Yards / Tanner McKee 1+ Passing TD (+204) - 0.5u

I have had a fair amount of success with this smaller unit SGPs I have built in primetime, so I'm taking another stab using both teams. I mentioned earlier the check-down machine that McKee was in Week 6, and a big part of that was on the offensive line constantly allowing pressure. They will look to alleviate that with Barkley in the screen game and I'm bringing his receptions down to an alt-line of 2+. Ferguson has been quiet all season, but will greatly benefit from the Eagles defense being ranked 28th in missed tackles this season and having been susceptible to tight ends: Tyler Higbee five receptions 67 yards, Tommy Tremble four receptions 46 yards, Colston Loveland four receptions 31 yards. I do not need Ferguson to have the game of his life -- just be involved in the passing game with a fair amount of regularity. And a McKee passing TD I believe will come in the red zone at the expense of Barkley facing a loaded front. Goedert and Lemon are my two guys here, and I believe Lemon can see his first TD of his career on Monday night.
