NC State Wolfpack vs Auburn Tigers Prediction, Odds and Picks for Wednesday, 12/03/25

The NC State Wolfpack and the Auburn Tigers will play on Wednesday night inside Neville Arena for a non-conference showdown. This game will be one of the headliners on ESPN for the second day of the ACC/SEC challenge that began on Tuesday. Auburn has been slightly better defensively, but likely still not good enough to stop NC State on offense. The Tigers are ranked 168th in opposing points per game and have given up 83 points per game over their past 3 games. Their defense are ranked outside the top 100 in effective field goal percentage, two-point percentage and three-point percentage.

There should be no shortage of offense in this one as both teams have a good offense and play at a fast pace. NC State is ranked 8th in the country in points per game and Auburn is ranked 34th. The Wolfpack have one of the fastest offenses nationally as well, which should add to the likelihood of the over cashing. They are ranked 26th in average offensive possession length, so I expect this game to be fast paced and high scoring. Take the over on Wednesday.
