Ohio State Buckeyes vs Wisconsin Badgers Prediction, Odds and Picks for Today, 01/31/26

The Ohio State Buckeyes will travel to Madison on Saturday to play a Big 10 Conference game against the Wisconsin Badgers. This is an important game for both teams in their quests to make the NCAA Tournament and a victory here would keep the winner on the right side of the bubble. The Badgers are coming off a win against Minnesota in their last game, and I expect them to win their second straight game here. The spread is currently Wisconsin -4 and that is my best bet of the game.

Wisconsin -4 is my best bet of the game because they have proven to be one of the best teams in the conference outside the top five ranked teams at the top of the league. The Badgers are 7-3 in the conference and have an amazing win at Michigan on their resume. They have won six out of their last seven games and have two of the best guards in the conference. Junior guard John Blackwell and Senior guard Nick Boyd is both averaging 18+ points per game and should be able to lead them to a cover here. The Buckeyes have not been consistent on the road and have not shot the ball well away from home. According to Bart Torvik, Ohio State is shooting just 29 percentage from three away from home and I expect them to not be able to stay within the number. Take Wisconsin -4.
