The Saint Louis Billikens meet the Michigan Wolverines in a Midwest Region second-round game at KeyBank Center in Buffalo, N.Y. on Saturday to kick off the day. Saint Louis cruised past Georgia 102-77 in the opening round, cashing as a 1.5-point favorite as the Over (167.5) cashed.
