Tulane vs East Carolina Pickswise Expert Predictions

Money Line Pick
Tulane Win(-115)

The Tulane Green Wave will travel to Greenville on Wednesday to play an American Conference game against the East Carolina Pirates. Neither Tulane or East Carolina have played a conference game yet and will look to start league play on a high note with a win here. It should be a close game inside Minges Coliseum as the spread is currently set at just one point. Tulane is on the road, but I expect them to get the job done in their American opener.

Tulane money line is my best bet of the game because East Carolina has looked like one of the worst teams in the country thus far. They are just 5-8 on the season with zero wins inside the top 175 of KenPom. They beat division two Elizabeth City State by just one point and most recently got blown out by North Carolina. The Green Wave are 9-4 on the season and have won two straight games. They are one of the best teams in the country at getting to the free throw line offensively and I expect them to shoot enough free throws in this game to win. According to Bart Torvik. Tulane is ranked #9 nationally in free throw rate and I believe that will be enough to beat a struggling East Carolina team. Take Tulane to win.
