Army Black Knights vs Kansas State Wildcats Prediction, Odds and Picks for Tomorrow, 09/06/25
Army vs Kansas State Pickswise Expert Predictions
The Army Black Knights hit the road for Manhattan, Kansas after a disappointing opening game loss at Michie Stadium on the banks of the Hudson River. Army suffered a 30-27 overtime loss against FCS Tarleton State last weekend as a 14-point favorite, while the Over (47.5) connected. Army had 24 first downs and 411 total yards, while going for 280 yards on the ground. QB Dewayne Coleman had two interceptions in the loss, but he was 7-of-12 for 129 yards, and he ran for 100 yards with a score. RB Hayden Reed also went for 88 yards and a score. Army nearly escaped despite a minus-3 turnover ratio.
Kansas State suffered a 24-21 loss to Iowa State in Dublin, while returning home last week with a 38-35 barn burner against FCS North Dakota. UND actually had one more first down than K-State, while the Wildcats had 464 total yards. However, Kansas State allowed 354 yards, and that’s rather alarming against an FCS foe. QB Avery Johnson did his part, though, going for 318 yards and three touchdowns, while RB DeVon Rice ran for 40 yards and two scores. The Wildcats offense looks good to go, but the defense is concerning. Take Army plus the points, as it should be able to keep it within two touchdowns.
Army +17 (-110) at time of publishing. Playable to +16.
