Clemson was originally supposed to be a playoff team, but this team will struggle to qualify for bowl eligibility at this rate considering Duke, FSU, Louisville, SMU and South Carolina are still on the schedule. BC has been a thorn in the side of the Tigers lately, with 2 1-score losses in the past 3 meetings, and that’s when Clemson was fielding a dominant team.

The Eagles are coming off a 48-7 trouncing at Pitt last Saturday, and they have lost 4 in a row with an 0-3 ATS mark in the past 3 outings. It seems like that OT loss at Michigan State on Sept. 6 really knocked the Eagles off track. Following that defeat, they fell at Stanford, suffered a 28-24 loss to Cal and had the blowout loss to Pitt. Since neither team has really been dependable against the spread, let’s go lightly. Clemson tends to struggle with Boston College, and the Tigers have no business laying 14 points to anybody — especially on the road.
