The problem with the Over, and why it isn’t more of a slam-dunk play, is because Memphis is strong against the run. Navy will get rushing yards, and points, as that’s inevitable, but it might be held into the 20’s. We need Memphis to hit its averages, and that shouldn’t be a problem, but we could get a bit of a slow start, so be mindful of that.
