Arizona Diamondbacks vs Philadelphia Phillies Prediction, Odds and Picks for Today, 04/11/26

The Arizona Diamondbacks and Philadelphia Phillies turn right back around for an early Saturday matchup after Arizona’s 5-4 win on Friday, powered by a five-run fifth inning. On the mound, neither side brings much confidence. Brandon Pfaddt gets the ball for Arizona, entering at 0-0 with a 6.75 ERA, while Taijuan Walker takes the mound for the Phillies, entering 0-2 with a 9.31 ERA. Both pitchers have struggled in their first couple outings, and there’s little to suggest a sudden turnaround here.

Even with the modest averages, both lineups have the ability to produce, especially against two starters that have struggled to find their footing early on. While Philadelphia’s bullpen has been more reliable with a 3.89 ERA, they may be forced into extended action if Walker struggles early on. With two starters who have struggled to find their rhythm, both teams are in a favorable position to score some runs. Simply put, I don’t trust either starter in this situation, making the over my best bet of the day.
