Chicago White Sox vs New York Yankees Prediction, Odds and Picks for Today, 09/25/25

With four games left in the regular season, the New York Yankees and Toronto Blue Jays are tied for first in the AL East. The Yankees will look to complete a sweep of the White Sox today, sending left-hander Carlos Rodon to the mound. Rodon enters with a 17-9 record and a 3.04 ERA. In his last outing against Chicago on August 29, he allowed just one run on seven hits across six innings pitched. 

For the White Sox, Davis Martin will get the nod, entering with a 7-10 record and a 4.03 ERA. Martin was hit hard the last time he faced New York, allowing three runs on four hits in just 3.2 innings pitched. The Yankees are heavy favorites in this one, but with Rodon on the mound and with their offense averaging 5.7 runs per game in their last 10 compared to the White Sox 2.4 – I’m fairly confident they’ll be able to get the job done and win by two or more runs in tonight’s matchup.
