Los Angeles Dodgers vs Baltimore Orioles Prediction, Odds and Picks for Today, 09/05/25

The Los Angeles Dodgers head to Baltimore after a tough series against the Pirates, but they shouldn’t expect this matchup to be a walk in the park. The Orioles are coming off a sweep of the Padres and are averaging 4.5 runs per game over their last 10, which is slightly better than the Dodgers’ 4.2 runs per game in that span.  

Dean Kremer will take the mound for the Orioles, entering with a 9-10 record and 4.52 ERA. Kremer has struggled in his last two outings, going 0-1 with a 14.63 ERA, and will look to bounce back against Los Angeles tonight. For the Dodgers, they’ll be sending Tyler Glasnow to the mound who enters with a 1-3 record and a 3.41 ERA. Glasnow is looking for his first win since March 31st, and he’ll be in a good position to pick one up today. However, I’m leaning towards the over in this matchup as my best bet. The Orioles have a 4.56 bullpen ERA this season, slightly worse than the Dodgers 4.19. This Dodgers lineup is still dangerous despite them averaging just 4.2 runs per game in their last 10. Look for the Dodgers to get to Kremer early on and for both teams’ bullpen to give up plenty of runs, pushing the game total over.
