Los Angeles Dodgers vs Baltimore Orioles Prediction, Odds and Picks for Today, 09/07/25

The Los Angeles Dodgers have to feel like they’ve been punched in the gut after last night’s loss. That loss marks the fifth straight loss for the Dodgers, and they’ve now dropped seven of their last 10. This isn’t the Dodgers team we’re used to seeing, averaging just 3.1 runs per game compared to their seasonal average of 5.0. Today, the Dodgers will hand the ball over to Clayton Kershaw in hopes to get his team a win, entering with a 9-2 record and 3.28 ERA. 

For the Orioles, Tomoyuki Sugano will get the start, entering with a 10-7 record and a 4.41 ERA. Today’s matchup will be a good opportunity for the Dodgers to get their offense going and help them rebuild their confidence. Sugano has struggled in his last two starts, going 0-2 with a 10.61 ERA. The bullpen has been weak for the Dodgers all season, however, Kershaw can eat up innings when he takes the mound, and I think the Dodgers will look to limit their bullpen use in this one. Look for Kershaw and the Dodgers to roll, making them my best bet of the day.
