Los Angeles Dodgers vs San Francisco Giants Prediction, Odds and Picks for Today, 09/14/25
Dodgers vs Giants Pickswise Expert Predictions
In this game, we will see the Los Angeles Dodgers take on the San Francisco Giants. Last night, the Dodgers turned it on and won the game by a score of 13-7. On the mound today, we have Tyler Glasnow of the Dodgers and Robbie Ray of the Giants. Glasnow has pitched well this year with a 3.21 ERA on the season. He is also coming off an incredible start where he went 7 innings against the Colorado Rockies and held them to no hits. While 7 hitless innings is impressive, Glasnow has also impressed with his ability to hold opposing teams to 3 or fewer runs in 13 of his 15 starts. Additionally, he has only given up 5 or more hits in 1 start this season. This is bad news for a Giants team that is batting .204 over the past 6 games. The Giants also rank 25th in batting average, 24th in runs scored, and 24th in total hits at home this season. Glasnow should be in for a good game.
For the Giants, Ray will take the hill. Ray has had a great season with a 3.32 ERA and an 11-6 record. The issue is that he has not looked himself recently. Through his past 3 starts, he has pitched 14 innings giving up 16 hits and 12 earned runs. This does not look good going up against a Dodgers team that is batting .279 over the past 6 games. The Dodgers have also outhit the Giants 21-11 over the past 2 nights. I have a feeling the Dodgers may cause some trouble for Ray. Outside of the starters, the Giants bullpen has been statistically better all season. Even with the better bullpen, I am afraid that today’s game may be out of reach by that point. I am taking the Dodgers to get the win.
