Colin Rea (3.99 ERA, 1.28 WHIP) gets the start for Chicago, and he’s had quite the up-and-down campaign. Despite posting a 2.30 ERA in 3 starts this month, Rea’s xERA of 4.75 (18th percentile) suggests regression is in the cards. He also falls below the 20th percentile in both strikeout rate and xBA. Furthermore, Chicago could be in trouble with the bullpen today after tossing 7 different arms in Tuesday’s win. Lastly, Milwaukee’s offense is posting a ridiculous 134 wRC+ over the last 30 days and I’ll take the Brewers to even up this series with a win today.
