St. Louis Cardinals vs Milwaukee Brewers Prediction, Odds and Picks for Today, 09/13/25
Cardinals vs Brewers Pickswise Expert Predictions
The FOX national telecast on Saturday features the St. Louis Cardinals vs the Milwaukee Brewers. The Brewers took Friday’s series opener, and they are trying to close out the season with the best record in baseball. On Saturday, they send their rookie phenom to the mound, and the Brewers should have advantages at every level. They have the better lineup, the better bullpen, and the young, high-upside arm on the mound. They also have the motivation factor on their side, and it just seems like a spot where it would be foolish to bet against them. So give me the Brewers on the Money Line.
Jacob Misiorowski is a bit of an enigma. The upside is obvious, but as the league has figured him out, he has also had some rough starts (usually in the very first inning). Milwaukee also seems to want to manage his pitch count, trying to have him available for the postseason. He faced the Cardinals in his debut though, and that was 5 hitless innings. He may well do that again. He will face the veteran Sonny Gray, whom I like, but so does Milwaukee. Probably half the Brewers’ lineup today has double digit at-bats against Gray and is hitting over .300 against him. I think the Brew Crew could find their offense carrying them, almost regardless of what The Mis does on the bump. I’m backing the more motivated Brewers on Saturday.
