Saturday’s game in Miami will be a big character test for this squad, the oddsmakers still see Detroit as the favorite here despite the back-to-back losses. Miami has been a suitable match-up for the Pistons, they’ve covered in 12 of 15 meetings and in 6 of 7 visits to South Beach.

With their 13 wins in 19 games the Heat currently rank 3rd in the Eastern Conference. It wasn’t something a lot of people saw coming from this team, but Miami has made the most out of this wide open situation in the Eastern Conference. The Pistons are at 108.8 points, ranking 5th best in defensive efficiency. The last 10 meetings have seen an average of 220.2 points per game, implementing Tyler Herro into the offense has slowed down the Heat significantly in their last two games.
