This series will now go back to Portland as the Trail Blazers will try to put an end to the Thunders’ 11-game winning streak. 

The Trail Blazers have a record of 3-5 on their home court, and they are 0-3 at home since they beat the Thunder on November 5th. After winning five of their first eight games of the season, the Trail Blazers have cooled off with a record of 3-8 in their last 11 games. The Trail Blazers will be without Jrue Holiday in this matchup. Holiday was a key contributor with 22 points in 35 minutes played when the Trail Blazers beat the Thunder. They may also be missing center Donovan Clingan who is questionable with an illness. The Thunder have been on an incredible streak this month and it would be hard for me to side against them. Oklahoma City has won their last five road games by an average of 21.4 points per game. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander is the second leading scorer in the NBA with 32.9 points per game on 54% shooting. Against Portland this season, Gilgeous-Alexander is averaging 36 points per game on 63% shooting from three point range. With Portland being the only team that has beaten Oklahoma City this season, a little extra motivation may be sitting with the Thunder to show they can win in Portland. I like for the Thunder to continue their dominance tonight.
