It’s an intriguing schedule, headlined by Cubs vs Mets, Phillies vs Guardians, Dodgers vs Diamondbacks and Yankees vs Athletics. There are more than enough betting opportunities, so let’s try to take advantage. Below are my MLB parlay picks for today, while you can also get our MLB picks for today’s hottest matchups.

MLB parlay pick: Milwaukee Brewers ML over Tampa Bay Rays (-110)

The Rays have been relocated to a spring training facility for the 2025 campaign and to say that it hasn’t produced any kind of home-field advantage would be a gross understatement. They are 9-16 at “home” so far this season compared to 7-5 on the road. Another “home” loss could be in store for Friday, when the Brewers pay a visit to George Steinbrenner Field. Milwaukee is nothing special on the whole, but good things generally happen for this club when Jose Quintana is on the mound. Quintana is 4-1 with a 2.83 ERA through 5 appearances with his new team. Meanwhile, Tampa Bay’s Zack Littell is 2-5 with a 4.61 ERA and just 25 strikeouts in 41.0 innings. Look for those woes to continue.

MLB parlay pick: New York Mets -1.5 over Chicago Cubs (+140)

The Mets are back home following a 6-game road trip and that is certainly good news for their chances on Friday. They are 13-3 at Citi Field this year heading into the start of a 3-game series against the Cubs. That should be just what the doctor ordered as New York looks to rebound from losing 3 of its last 5 at Arizona and St. Louis. Clay Holmes (4-1, 2.95 ERA) is taking the mound and the Mets are 6-1 in his 7 starts. The Cubs are countering with Jameson Taillon, who has struggled away from Wrigley Field. His road ERA is 4.98, compared to a 2.50 mark at home. In the friendly confines of their own park, the NL East leaders should be able to prevail by multiple runs.

MLB parlay pick: Kansas City Royals ML over Boston Red Sox (+100)

Kansas City is on a tear, a winner in 7 of its last 8 games. In the last 7 days, the Royals lead Major League Baseball in OPS (.928) and home runs (12) to go along with a #5 ranking in runs per game (5.7). Their pitching has also improved, boasting a team ERA of 1.50 in their last 6 contests. Michael Lorenzen has been up and down, but 2 of his last 3 appearances have been stellar (6.0 innings, 1 run allowed in each). He is 2-0 with a 1.50 ERA at home. Going for Boston is Hunter Dobbins, who gave up 4 earned runs on 7 hits in his most recent start against Minnesota. Give me the Royals and their 15-5 home record in 2025.
