Falcons vs Packers Same Game Parlay: Best SGP Picks
Week 3 of the 2026 NFL season kicks off with Thursday Night Football between the Atlanta Falcons and Green Bay Packers at Lambeau Field in Green Bay. The Falcons and their motley crew of quarterbacks are 0-2, while the Packers are 1-1 after just barely scraping past the Jets in overtime this past weekend.

Part of the value in a Same Game Parlay, of course, is that all of its components can be correlated if you so choose. That is the entire plan here, as Green Bay quarterback Matthew Stafford delivering a big performance would obviously work well with a convincing win for his team. Let’s break down each of the three legs.
Packers -5.5 (-108)
The Falcons have been the worst team in football so far, losing at Pittsburgh 20-13 before getting humiliated at home by Carolina 34-3. Admittedly, they should look a lot different now that Michael Penix Jr. is back under center in place of Cooper Rush. That being said, we need to pump the brakes on Penix enthusiasm. Everyone is acting like he is the greatest thing since sliced bread and the savior of this franchise, but that’s only because things were just that bad with Rush at quarterback. The reality is that MPJ hasn’t been anything special in his limited time in the league. In 14 appearances, he is completing 59.6 percent of his passes with 12 touchdowns and six interceptions. Moreover, he is coming off another torn ACL. The Packers are coming off a much-needed win over the Jets and this marks their 2026 home opener at Lambeau Field, so the primetime atmosphere is going to be electric. Green Bay is the far superior team and playing at home; look for it to win and win pretty big.

If there is one thing that has gone right for the Falcons through two weeks, it’s defending the run. In fact, they rank #1 in the entire NFL in rushing defense (63.0 yards per game allowed) and #3 in yards per carry allowed (2.9). Meanwhile, Green Bay is dead last in rushing offense at 64.5 yards per contest. In other words, this has all the makings of a game in which the Packers hit the airwaves early and often. Love will be throwing the ball all over the place, especially because Atlanta placed top cornerback A.J. Terrell on injured reserve after he went down with a hamstring strain this past Sunday. After going for 387 yards in Week 1 against Minnesota, Love should be on course for another massive day through the air.
Jordan Love Over 1.5 passing touchdowns (-117)
Staying on the Love train, he should also have no trouble tossing at least two scoring strikes. He did that in each of the first two games, so what’s to say that the Falcons are suddenly going to be the team that holds him in check? Atlanta just watched Carolina QB Bryce Young go 23-of-36 for 287 yards and three touchdowns. WR Christian Watson, WR Matthew Golden and TE Tucker Kraft should help Love added to his TD totals on Thursday night.
