The slate is a good one on Friday night with 11 games, giving us plenty of player props to bet on. The article is out early with a couple of plays before the lines move. More bets will be added early afternoon on Friday. My season record is 8-4 (+3.98 units). Here are my picks for tonight.

Lock in our NBA picks for each of tonight’s 11 games

Tyrese Haliburton over 29.5 points+assists (-125 on DraftKings)

I play this prop almost every time Haliburton plays. The books haven’t moved the line much and the number is the same as on Wednesday. The Pacers point guard has been one of the best players in the NBA this season, but he’s not a household name outside of hardcore fans. Haliburton is averaging 20.6 points, 10.4 assists and 4.5 rebounds, while shooting 49.2% from the field, including 42.4% from 3-point range. He was questionable going into Wednesday’s game with an ankle injury and had 22 points and 11 assists in 32 minutes to cash the prop. He has gone over this total in 6 of the last 8 games and 9 of 13 games on the season. The game total against the Rockets is 236 points. The Pacers are 24th in defensive efficiency and the Rockets are 28th. The Pacers are 2nd in pace and the Rockets are 9th.

Steph Curry over 35.5 points+assists (-115 on DraftKings)

The Warriors are off to a slow start in defending their championship. It has nothing to do with the play of Curry, who has been great. The point guard is averaging 32.8 points, 6.8 rebounds and 6.4 assists, while shooting 53.1% from the field, including 44.7% from 3-point range. The biggest issue for Golden State has been its poor play on the road, going 0-8 compared to 6-1 at home. The Warriors host the Knicks tonight, who are 10th in pace while the Warriors are 1st. The Knicks are 18th in defensive efficiency and struggle to defend guards. Curry has gone over this total in 5 of the last 7 games and is coming off a 50-point and 6-assist game against the Suns on Wednesday. He has gone over this total in 9 of 14 games and the game total is 233.5 points.

Luka Doncic over 1.5 steals (-120 on DraftKings)

Doncic is averaging 2.1 steals per game. He has at least 2 steals in 7 consecutive games, including 3 games with 3 steals. The Mavericks guard has gone over in 10 of 13 games this season. Doncic is averaging 37.2 minutes per game and the Mavericks tend to play close games. Only 1 game has been more than double-digits for Dallas this season. The Mavericks are home favorites of nine points against a short-handed Denver team that will be without Nikola Jokic and Jamal Murray and Aaron Gordon is questionable. Taking away two of the primary ball handlers for Denver should make it easier for Doncic to get two steals. Denver is averaging 15.6 turnovers per game, which is 21st in the NBA.
