David Pastrnak anytime goal scorer (-125)

David Pastrnak has been one of the best players in the NHL from the drop of the very first puck this season. Not much has changed lately. He has 9 goals in his lasts 9 games and is just 3 goals away from 60. While the Bruins’ playoff spot has been a formality for months now, they have kept their foot on the gas. There are now milestones that Boston can hit that the players will say are not important, but they still would not mind achieving. They include getting a 63rd regular-season win, which would be the most in the history of the NHL. Also, with 3 games to go and Pastrnak on a goal a game pace for the last 2 weeks, there is a chance he can hit the 60-goal mark.

The Bruins are the far better team and with those extra incentives they look even better. If Boston is going to roll over the Flyers, it feels like a formality that Pastrnak will be right in the middle of the production. He has scored 2 goals and collected 2 assists in 2 games against the Flyers this season. The Bruins outscored Philly in those games by a combined 10-1. The Bruins as a whole and Pastrnak specifically have shown that they are a tough matchup for the Flyers. With just 3 games remaining, Boston will look to stay hot entering the playoffs, so look for Pastrnak to continue his goal production.

Mikko Rantanen over 1.5 points (-125)

In what has been an inconsistent season for the Avalanche due to injuries, the constant all season has been the production of Mikko Rantanen. Even considering the star power on the Avalanche, it would not be a stretch to say he has carried them while fellow stars have battled injuries. Nothing has changed in terms of Rantanen’s point production. He has 8 points in his last 4 games, and he is just 2 points away from the 100-point mark. Rantanen has not had a 100-point season yet in the NHL, so he will come out looking to capture that milestone. Fortunately for Rantanen, he plays with fellow star talent and the Avalanche have a very favorable matchup for him to capitalize on.

The Avalanche get to play the Ducks on Sunday which is usually a bit of a break for teams. The Ducks are just that bad. They are winless in their last 10 games while the Avs have won 4 straight and are 13-2-0 in their last 15. This game is a complete mismatch in favor of Colorado, but the Avalanche still have plenty of incentive to win. They are tied atop the Central Division with Dallas and just 2 points clear of Minnesota. These are an important 2 points for the Avalanche and they are the far superior team. They should run up the score and Rantanen will likely be involved.
