Now let’s get to it.

Jordan Kyrou over 0.5 assists (+110)

Line available at FanDuel at time of publishing

Jordan Kyrou has collected 11 points over his last 5 games. The 23-year-old forward is absolutely dialed in, which has caused the sportsbooks to make you lay heavy juice on him collecting a point in tonight’s game against the Kraken. Kyrou to register a point is -188 on FanDuel, so instead we are looking for him to record an assist at +110 odds. Kyrou has recorded 6 assists in his last 5 games, including 1 in each of his last 2 games. On the season, he has 22 assists in 32 games.

Kyrou figures to be involved early and often in tonight’s game, and Seattle has been giving up a ton of goals this season. In fact, the Kraken are allowing 3.71 goals per game, which is the most in the league. To make matters even worse, they are playing on the second half of a road back-to-back. Kyrou, and the St. Louis offense as a whole, should be able to take advantage of Seattle’s tired legs. The Blues boast a tremendous power play, and Kyrou is seeing plenty of ice time on the man advantage alongside Pavel Buchnevich, Ivan Barbashev, Robert Thomas, and Torey Krug. The value on Kyrou recording an assist could be too good to pass up right now.

Lucas Raymond under 0.5 points (+118)

Line available at FanDuel at time of publishing

Lucas Raymond is putting together a tremendous rookie season. He has collected 30 points (10 goals, 20 assists) in 37 games, but he has found the scoresheet just twice over his last 6 games. The rookie forward has also not scored a goal since December 1 against Seattle. Those trends lead us to take the under on his points total for tonight.

Raymond and the Red Wings face the Winnipeg Jets tonight, and Connor Hellebuyck is slated to be between the pipes. He is coming off a terrible start against the Avalanche in his last outing, but he still has a solid .913 save percentage on the year. Hellebuyck is still one of the best goaltenders in the league, and getting pucks past him won’t be easy. It’s also worth noting that the Red Wings have scored 2 or fewer goals in 3 of their last 5 games, so the offense as a whole is not firing on all cylinders. All in all, Raymond has not been recording points at a high enough level over the last month to warrant laying -144 juice on him to find the score sheet. Consider rolling with Raymond to fail to score a point at +118 odds.
