We have put together a list of all of the day’s best odds boosts, which are from PointsBet Sportsbook. We will discuss whether or not they are worth playing. Let’s dive in.

Tony Finau and Sahith Theegala both to finish in the top 20 – Boosted from +290 to +350 with PointsBet Sportsbook

For this prop, we will need Tony Finau and Sahith Theegala to both finish in the top 20 at the 3M Open this week. Finau has had a decent season so far, posting 6 top-20 finishes in 20 events. He finished T28th at the Open Championship last week, but has had 3 top-20 finishes in his last 5 starts.

Theegala is another guy who has had a solid season this year. In 27 events, Theegala has 6 top-20 finishes, which includes a runner-up finish at the Travelers Championship a few weeks ago. He has been improving week by week and another good week should be expected. For that reason, backing this prop does look to be worth a play.

Rickie Fowler and Chris Gotterup both to finish in the top 40– Boosted from +275 to +325 with PointsBet Sportsbook

This prop will need Rickie Fowler and Chris Gotterup to both finish in the top 40 at the 3M Open. It is easy to see that Fowler has fallen off from what he once was, but with the season coming to a close and sitting at 129th in the FedEx Cup standings, this could be the week where he makes a move. Fowler has played 18 events this season, finishing in the top 40 in just 4 of them. However, with what looks to be a weaker field, he should be able to do enough to finish at least in the top 40 if not higher to put him in position for the playoffs in a few weeks.

Gotterup, on the other hand, has played in just 5 events this season, finishing in the top 40 in 3 of them. He missed the cut recently at the Barbasol Championship, but the week prior he had finished T4 at the John Deere Classic. Having not played since the Barbasol should have allowed him to rest, so for that reason, backing this prop looks to be worth a play.

Doug Ghim, Matthew NeSmith and Austin Cook all to make the cut – Boosted from +270 to +320 with PointsBet Sportsbook

For this prop, we will need Doug Ghim, Matthew NeSmith, and Austin Cook to all make the cut at the 3M Open. Ghim has played in 25 events this season, making the cut in 15 of them. He has made only 1 cut in his last 4 events, but that was going from the Genesis Scottish Open to the Barracuda Championship. Now being fully back up to speed in the US, he should fare well enough to make the weekend.

NeSmith has also played 25 events this season, making the cut in 18 of them. His most recent event was the Scottish Open where he missed the cut, but before that he had made 8 cuts in a row. With a week off last week, he should also be on his game this week in what will likely be a weaker field.

Finally, Cook has played in 22 events this season, making the cut in 11 of them. He has been in better form as of late, making his last 4 cuts in a row, therefore backing this prop looks to be worth a play.
