KBO picks and predictions

Friday’s five-game slate will feature some lopsided matchups that offer value. Let’s dive into the day’s best bets.

Doosan Bears Money Line (-136)

We are going to the Doosan Bears in this game and will continue to back their starter, Won-joon Choi. He is 9-0 this season with an ERA of 3.64. He has allowed just four runs over his last 23.0 innings.

As for the Kia Tigers, they will start Ki-young Im. He has been much worse, posting a record of 6-8 with an ERA 4.81. His last four starts have been awful. He has gone 0-2 during this stretch, allowing 16 runs over 19.2 innings.

Choi has been far too good recently and considering he has not lost a game, I will back the Bears.

LG Twins Money Line (-116)

The LG Twins will start Tyler Wilson. He is 8-6 on the year with an ERA of 4.12. Recently, Wilson has been struggling to keep runs off the board. He is 2-1 over his last five starts, but has allowed 15 runs over 30.2 innings during this stretch. On a better note, Wilson has an ERA of 2.88 against the Heroes, having allowed just eight runs in 25.0 innings against them.

Kiwoom will counter with Jake Brigham, who is 5-3 on the season with an ERA of 4.09. Over his last five starts, Brigham is 4-1, having allowed 10 runs over his last 29.1 innings. The only issue here is Brigham has not fared well against the Twins this season, posting an ERA of 6.75 against them, allowing eight runs over 10.2 innings.

KT Wiz Money Line (+136)

Taking more of a risk here as we are looking to fade Drew Rucinski and the NC Dinos. Rucinski is 13-3 with an ERA of 3.27. Though he has allowed 21 runs over his last 28.0 innings which is very concerning. He has not fared well against the KT Wiz at all, going 2-1 with an ERA of 5.92.

Now on the other side, is William Cuevas, who is 7-5 with an ERA of 3.65. He has been fantastic over his last five starts, going 2-2, but with an ERA of 3.03. Over this stretch, he has allowed 10 runs over 29.2 innings.

For those of you looking for bigger payouts, play the best bets as a three-team parlay, which pays +662.
