We’ve got another loaded MLB slate on Sunday with a number of compelling matchups. And what better way to celebrate a full slate of baseball than by going for a big payday? That’s right, we’re back with another mega parlay with a payout of over 10/1 at DraftKings Sportsbook.

Before we dive in, don’t forget to check out our free picks on the side and total for every MLB game today. Let’s get into our mega parlay for Sunday.

Tampa Bay Rays first 5 innings run line -0.5 (+110)

San Francisco Giants ML (+110)

San Diego Padres -2.5 alt. run line (+165)

Parlay odds: +1068

Let’s break down each of the legs one by one.

Odds available at DraftKings Sportsbook at time of publishing.

Tampa Bay Rays first 5 innings run line -0.5 (+110)

To start this mega parlay, we have the Tampa Bay Rays on the run line in the first 5 innings against the Minnesota Twins. The Rays jumped out to a quick lead in Saturday’s contest before surrendering 6 straight runs in a loss to Minnesota. However, Tampa is still the superior team in my eyes and they should start fast once again today. The main reason why I’m specifically targeting the first 5 innings is the pitching matchup. Jeffrey Springs gets the call for Tampa Bay, and he has been dominant, holding a 1.62 ERA in 44+ innings this season. The same can’t be said for Twins starter Cole Sands, whose 8.49 ERA is not going to cut it.

Springs is the much stronger starter and Sands likely won’t pitch more than 4 or 5 innings. I expect the visitors to get a couple of early runs off Sands, and that should hold up through the first 5 innings.

San Francisco Giants ML (+110) over Los Angeles Dodgers

For the second leg of this parlay, we have the San Francisco Giants on the money line. The Giants have cooled off after a hot start, but they still play the Dodgers very tough. In front of their home fans, the Giants have outplayed their fierce rivals in this series. Furthermore, they’ll have the better starting pitcher on the mound in this one. While it’s been an up-and-down season for Carlos Rodon, the same can be said for Julio Urias. While his overall peripherals are strong, Urias’ strikeouts are down and his walks are up compared to a season ago. On the other side, Rodon held the Dodgers to 2 runs in his first appearance against LA in 2022. That same effort should be enough today.

The Dodgers offense has struggled of late and the Giants seemed to have found momentum against their hated foe. In what should be a tight game down the stretch, back the short home underdog to pull the upset.

San Diego Padres alternate run line -2.5 (+165) over Colorado Rockies

To finish off this mega parlay, we have the Padres on an alternate run line. San Diego has a substantial advantage on the mound in this one, pitting Blake Snell against German Marquez. Holding an ERA of 6.49 and 50 runs allowed this season, Marquez has struggled home or away in 2022. I expect Marquez’s struggles to continue against Manny Machado, Eric Hosmer and company. While Snell hasn’t been consistent in his 4 appearances this season, he should feel comfortable pitching with the lead at home. If the Padres are able to get out to an early lead, this one could get ugly in Southern California.
