A response is expected by Stephen Curry and his Golden State Warriors as they host the Milwaukee Bucks following a historic 140-88 loss over the weekend. Tip-off is at 10:00 pm ET on ESPN and I’ve prepared a Bucks vs Warriors Same Game Parlay. You can also find out our NBA picks for each of tonight’s big games.

Bucks +4.5 (-112)

Damian Lillard over 2.5 made threes (-150)

Brandin Podziemski over 1.5 made threes (+164)

Same Game Parlay odds: +569

Milwaukee Bucks +4.5 over Golden State Warriors (-112)

The surging Bucks are 4.5-point underdogs here, which is a bit confusing since they’ve gone 6-0 ATS/SU since the all-star break. Yes, they could be without their best player for a 2nd straight game, but we just saw them take care of business against one of the elite teams in the West without Giannis. Over their last 13 games against Pacific Division opponents, the Bucks have accumulated 11 wins, while in head-to-head meetings with the Warriors they are 6-4 in the last 10 games.

Golden State is looking to respond following a historic loss at Boston over the weekend where they got destroyed by 52 points. The starters were pulled at half-time as the game was pretty much out of reach and it just wasn’t a good look for Stephen Curry and his teammates. The confidence of the Warriors has taken a hit and now they have the tough task of responding against one of the best teams in the NBA. Milwaukee won the first meeting of the season by 11 points and I believe they have enough to keep this game close. If Giannis plays, then backing the Bucks on the money line also becomes tempting.

Damian Lillard over 2.5 made threes (-150)

Milwaukee isn’t the same team without Giannis Antetokounmpo — that’s pretty obvious. But Damian Lillard is a different player when Giannis sits out. He has a ton more responsibility on the offensive end and he’s just fine with that. We just saw Dame explode for 41 points in the win over the Clippers – he went 54.5% from the field in the game and made 4-of-9 threes. With Giannis once again being a game-time decision here, Lillard could be forced to be the primary scoring option yet again.

Scoring 3 threes shouldn’t be an issue for Dame even if the Greek Freak plays as has done it in 5 straight games. The NBA’s three-point competition winner loves a challenge and competing against Stephen Curry is certainly one of them. He’s putting up 31.5 points per game against the Warriors in the last 10 meetings, so I’m thinking backing him to knock down 3 threes should be an easy winner.

Brandin Podziemski over 1.5 made threes (+164)

After an embarrassing showing on Sunday against the Celtics where they scored just 88 points, the Warriors will need a lift in tonight’s game and Podziemski is just the right guy for the job. He returns to the lineup after missing a couple of games with an injury and he’s been one of the Warriors’ more important rotation players this season. In his last 8 games, he’s averaging 10.5 points per game, up from his season average of 9.7 per game. During this stretch he’s making 41.2% of his threes, the Bucks haven’t exactly been able to shut down teams from the three-point line in their last 3 games allowing 36.8% of makes. With the focus of the Bucks’ defense mainly on slowing down Curry and Thompson, players like Wiggins, Kuminga and our guy Podziemski are capable of having big games. He has made a pair of threes in 5 of his last 9 games so let’s hope he can continue his solid run here.
