It’s injury day in the NBA playoffs. Whereas the 8 teams in the other 4 series have no such issues, all 4 games on Saturday come with question marks. Joel Embiid of the 76ers, Giannis Antetokounmpo of the Bucks, Kawhi Leonard of the Clippers and Ja Morant of the Grizzlies are all banged up. Just 2 of the series have progressed to Game 4 and only Philadelphia has a chance to advance on Saturday. However, Philly will have to do so without Embiid.

Below is my mega parlay for Saturday, and also be sure to check out all of our NBA picks.

Nets ML (+194)

Suns -5 (-110)

Lakers -6.5 alternate spread (+120)

NBA parlay odds: +1134

For this parlay we are going with 2 favorites against the spread – 1 on an alternate line – and 1 underdog on the money line. Let’s break down each of the 3 legs.

Nets ML over 76ers (+194)

The 76ers are obviously going to win this series. Both teams know it, too. I’m not sure if Philadelphia will show much urgency in finishing it off on the road with a 4-game sweep. However, Brooklyn is a young, somewhat rebuilding team – now that the likes of Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving are gone – and I think these guys want the experience of winning a playoff game even if it won’t mean a whole for their chances moving forward this season. The Nets were competitive the whole way in Game 3; they simply couldn’t get the job done down the stretch. It wasn’t any kind of moral victory, but it was probably a good learning experience. Look for Brooklyn to right those wrongs and treat the home crowd to at least 1 victory in this best-of-7 set.

Suns -5 over Clippers (-110)

This series felt like it was over before it started. After all, the Suns are the much better team on paper and the Clippers are without Paul George for the duration. Los Angeles did well to briefly change that idea by stealing Game 1 in Phoenix again, but now it feels over again. The Suns have taken control with back-to-back victories and I see them running away with it regardless of Leonard’s status (he missed Game 3 due to a knee sprain). Kevin Durant is getting pretty much whatever he wants whenever he wants it. The Clippers are fouling him on a frequent basis and he has made 26 of 27 free-throws so far this series. More easy points for Durant will likely mean an easy win for the visitors.

Lakers -6.5 alternate spread over Grizzlies (+120)

The Lakers have not lost 2 games in a row since March 15-17. That is more than a month, folks. Prior to that brief 2-game skid they had not lost 2 straight since February 4-9. L.A. bounces back extremely well from any hiccup and in a playoff situation I highly doubt LeBron James will let his squad follow up 1 setback with another. The Lakers are playing at home now, too, and don’t want to give away that advantage after stealing it by taking the series opener in Memphis. The Grizzlies haven’t been anything special since a scorching-hot start to the season and they have been all over the place on and off the court since the all-star break. I like L.A.’s chances on Saturday and moving forward even if Morant is back.
