We are continuing the weekend in the NBA with a modest 6-game slate on Saturday after 10 games were on the Friday schedule. Still, there is more than enough to whet the appetite of basketball fans. The lineup includes a nationally televised showdown on ABC between the 76ers and Bucks, which tips off at 8:30 pm ET. Also hitting the hardwood are the Cavaliers, Hawks, Heat, Timberwolves and Kings.
Let’s take a look at my 3-team mega parlay for Saturday’s action.

Wizards ML (+114)
Bucks -9.5 alternate spread (+180)
Kings -5 (-110)

For this parlay we are going with 2 favorites against the spread – one on an alternate number – and an underdog on the money line. Let’s break down each of the 3 legs.
Wizards ML over Raptors (+114)
This is definitely the most inexplicable line of the day, with the Wizards being +2 underdogs against the Raptors. The teams are tied in the standings, but Washington is playing at home and beat Toronto 119-108 in the same building on Thursday. Spreads that are hard to figure out can sometimes be red flags, but I don’t have any hesitation with this one. The Wizards should be able to make it back-to-back wins in this head-to-head matchup. They aren’t great at home, but the Raptors have terrible road-home splits (11-20 on the road, 20-13 at home). Kyle Kuzma has scored 28 and 30 points over the past 2 contests and Washington cruised on Thursday even though Bradley Beal went for just 15. Give the home team on the money line.
Bucks -9.5 alternate spread over 76ers (+180)
The Bucks are in the midst of a 16-game winning streak. It’s going to an end at some point, but I don’t think they are going to let off the gas pedal today. Milwaukee has taken a 1-game lead over Boston in the Eastern Conference standings, so it is by no means in the clear in terms of locking up home-court advantage throughout the playoffs. Giannis Antetokounmpo and company will remain motivated, especially against a quality opponent in Philadelphia that is #3 in the East. The 76ers have lost 3 of their last 4 and find themselves near the middle of a tough 5-game road trip. I like the Bucks, who are 27-5 SU in 2022-23, to win big.

Kings -5 over Timberwolves (-110)
The Kings have been a part of each of my last 2 mega parlays. They cashed my first one at +1243 a week ago in their epic win over the Clippers and then in the rematch I had L.A. on the money line and Sacramento crushed that final leg with a 1-point loss to prevent a +1407 winner. I’ll get back on the Kings’ bandwagon tonight, as a -5 spread against the Timberwolves isn’t big at all. Both teams are on the second legs of back-to-back situations, but it’s always easier when both games are at home – which is the case for Sacramento. Perhaps the most surprising team in the NBA this season, the Kings are 37-25 and have won 5 in a row. I don’t see them slowing down now.
