We have a 9-game slate in the NBA on Saturday. It includes a double-header on NBATV that starts with the Philadelphia 76ers hosting the San Antonio Spurs before the Dallas Mavericks host the Memphis Grizzlies. The Boston Celtics, Miami Heat, Milwaukee Bucks and Los Angeles Clippers are also in action. Needless to say, there is more than enough to work with as we try to come up with a winning mega parlay.

Pacers ML (+100)

Raptors ML (+130)

Bulls ML (+100)

Parlay odds: +820

For this 3-team parlay we are going with 3 underdogs on the money line. Let’s break down each of the plays.

Indiana Pacers ML over Detroit Pistons (+100)

Both the Pacers and Pistons will be playing the second game of back-to-back situations. Those are never easy for any NBA team, but this one will likely be more problematic for Detroit. The Pistons played at New York on Friday night (and got blown out) and are now in the middle of a 3-game road trip. Adding insult to injury (or vice versa) Marvin Bagley III, Alec Burks and Isaiah Livers are all sidelined. Indiana is wrapping up a stretch of 3 games inside the friendly confines of Gainbridge Fieldhouse – no travel involved. The Pacers will be more rested and certainly motivated to give their fans a victory before setting off on a 5-game trek. They are 0-2 so far, but they scored 134 points I in Friday’s loss to the Spurs and the Pistons may not have enough firepower to keep up. Tyrese Haliburton is off to a hot start for the home team, averaging 26.5 and 9.5 assists per game.

Toronto Raptors ML over Miami Heat (+130)

Miami is off to a rough start with losses to Chicago and Boston. Things will not get any easier against the Raptors, who have played 2 very close games to start the 2022-23 campaign – beating the Cavaliers and barely losing to the Nets. Toronto matches up well defensively against Miami. Tyler Herro has been the leading scorer for the Heat so far, but he will be running into some great wing defenders on Saturday. OG Anunoby and Scottie Barnes have the ability to stay in front of Herro and affect his shooting with their length. Look for Toronto to add to Miami’s early-season woes.

Chicago Bulls ML over Cleveland Cavaliers (+100)

The Cavaliers suffered a tough 108-105 opening loss at Toronto earlier this week. Now they face a team to whom they have lost on 7 of the last 10 occasions – including 3 in a row last season. Darius Garland is out, so things may get worse for Cleveland (both in this particular matchup and in general) before they get better. The Bulls tipped off their season by winning at Milwaukee, making an early statement to be sure. Chicago lost to Washington on Friday, but that came by just 2 points and it should motivate the home team to get back in the win column. Getting the Bulls as home ‘dogs – however slight – represents good value.
