It feels good to be back. The new NBA season officially got started a few weeks ago, and we have another nice slate on Sunday. What better way to celebrate the weekend than by going for a big payday? That’s right; we’re back with another mega parlay, NBA edition. We’re going big and bold again, so let’s not waste any more time.

But before we dive in, don’t forget to check out our free picks on the side and total for every NBA game.

Cleveland Cavaliers ML (+250)

San Antonio Spurs -4 (-110)

Charlotte Hornets ML (+180)

Parlay odds: +1770

Let’s break down each of the three legs one by one.

Cleveland Cavaliers ML (+250) over New York Knicks

Oddsmakers are going to continue underestimating the Cavaliers, and I’m going to continue to take their money line. I’ve recommended Cleveland for these mega parlays several times, and they keep pulling off upsets. The Cavs have had an incredibly brutal schedule to start the year. Nine of their 10 games have been against teams that were either in the play-in or the playoffs last year, and the only one that wasn’t was against a Raptors team that’s playing really well at the moment.

They just upset Toronto on the road, and have also pulled off upsets over teams like the Blazers, Hornets, Nuggets, Clippers and Hawks. Darius Garland is starting to look like an emerging star, and Cleveland has more talent than everyone seems to realize. They’ve also been playing good defense, and the Knicks have lost two of their past three games. One of New York’s recent defeats was at home against the same Raptors team the Cavs just beat on the road.

San Antonio Spurs -4 (-110) over Oklahoma City Thunder

For our only non-money line underdog of this parlay, I’ve got the Spurs on the spread. San Antonio is getting slept on because of their record, but they’ve been a lot better than that 3-6 record suggests. They too had to play a brutal schedule, and most of their losses have been by razor-thin margins to good teams. They lost twice to the Mavericks by a combined six points, to the Lakers by four, to the Nuggets by six on the road.

You get the idea. The Spurs will look a lot better with this step down in competition, and they’ve already beaten the Bucks on the road. Oklahoma City has pulled off two miracle comebacks over the Lakers, but other than that they’ve looked like arguably the worst team in the league. They’ve lost all their other games, many in blowouts. This one should be lopsided as well.

Charlotte Hornets ML (+180) over Los Angeles Clippers

To wrap up this mega parlay and hopefully bring us home, we’ve got the Hornets on the money line. I remain a skeptic of this Clippers team. Without Kawhi Leonard, they just don’t have enough offense around Paul George. Especially not with Marcus Morris still out of the lineup. The Clippers have won three straight, but look at who they’ve played. The Timberwolves twice and the Thunder once in a game they trailed almost the entire way.

Outside of those three games against bottom-feeders, the Clips are 1-4. The Hornets have much more of a pulse on offense than those teams, and now is a good time to buy low on Charlotte coming off a blowout loss. They should be extra fired up for this one.
