NBA Tuesday parlay at mega (+844) odds, today 2/14: Clippers cruise to a win

Welcome to another Tuesday night in the association. While some may be enjoying the likes of Valentine’s Day, I’m personally in love with the 5-game NBA slate tonight and have crafted an NBA mega parlay with my 3 favorite edges. The all-star break is just a few days away and I’m hoping to go into the weekend festivities on a high note. Also, be sure to check out our NBA picks for today.

Milwaukee Bucks win by 11+ (+130) over Boston Celtics

The Greek Freak and the Bucks are rolling with 10 straight wins as the all-star break approaches. This matchup was expected to be an exciting game between the top two teams in the Eastern Conference, but it appears the expectations will fall short. The Celtics announced that Jayson Tatum is doubtful for Tuesday’s game with an illness, and since they already ruled Tatum out for Wednesday’s game against the Pistons, it appears they’re going to give their superstar extra rest. Along with Tatum on the injury report, Robert Williams, Malcolm Brogdon and Grant Williams are all questionable to play.

Considering Marcus Smart and Jaylen Brown are still out, we could see a starting lineup like Payton Pritchard, Derrick White, Sam Hauser, Al Horford and Mike Muscala if the three questionable Celtics are unable to suit up. Expect Milwaukee to soak in the moment of crushing the #1 seed in the East with a double-digit win.

Toronto Raptors -6 (-110) over Orlando Magic

Back-to-backs affect each team differently. For the Magic, it has been their kryptonite. Orlando has played 10 games with no rest this season and is 1-9 with a -9.2 MOV and is failing to cover the spread by an average of 2.1 points. They played in Chicago on Monday night and traveled north of the border to face the Raptors today. It wouldn’t surprise me to see the Magic rest Franz Wagner or Paolo Banchero to give them extra rest since it is their last game before the all-star break. Regardless of if any Magic starters are sitting or not, it’s obvious that fatigue is a factor for Orlando when they play with no rest. Fred VanVleet and Pascal Siakam are more than capable of sinking the Magic on their home court with a day of rest, so I’m backing this spread before it continues to grow.

Los Angeles Clippers win by 11+ (+115) over Golden State Warriors

The Warriors have gained the reputation of resting their starters on the second game of a back-to-back. It wouldn’t surprise me to see Klay Thompson, Andrew Wiggins or Draymond Green sit on Tuesday since it is their last game before the all-star break, and Steve Kerr could elect to give his starters the most rest possible. In Golden State’s most recent back-to-back, they lost by 17 on the road. Before that one, they sat Steph Curry, Thompson, Wiggins and Green.

Fading the Warriors when they play on no rest has been a profitable spot this season, and considering the Clippers have a lot to play for, it’s a great time to expect Golden State to wave the white flag. Los Angeles has had the last three days off and wants to finish the first half of the season on a high note to separate themselves in the standings, and I expect them to do that in a big way.
