The game of the week just so happens to be Sunday Night Football and it’s a potential Super Bowl matchup: the Miami Dolphins travel north to face the Philadelphia Eagles. Hurts and company are coming off their first loss of the season and will be wearing the retro Kelly Green jerseys in primetime. For the Eagles, the weakness of this team is the secondary, which is a horrible coincidence for anyone playing this Dolphins offense. You can read our Dolphins vs Eagles predictions on the side and total for this matchup, as well as all of our NFL Week 7 picks, but for now, let’s get into our best Dolphins vs Eagles player prop bets.

Tua Tagovailoa over 1.5 passing touchdowns (-140)

Line available at FanDuel Sportsbook at the time of publishing.

This bet is juicy, but for good reason. As mentioned in the intro, this Eagles secondary is bad and, conversely, the front 7 has been dominant against the run this season. Philadelphia has allowed this line in 1/6 games, but that includes Daniel Jones, Bryce Young, and Mac Jones — context matters. Meanwhile Tua Tagovailoa has hit this line in 4 of 6 games and I’m comfortable drinking the juice on this one, especially with the way Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle have been playing. 1.5U

Jaylen Waddle over 4.5 receptions (-125)

Line available at Bet365 at time of publishing.

I’m just going to keep picking on this Eagles secondary until they prove otherwise. Waddle has hit this in 2 of his last 3 games and I’m expecting this game to turn into a shootout. This line is right at his career average of 5.3 receptions per game and a good matchup for him to win in man coverage, which the Eagles defense plays at an above-average rate. I’m confident Waddle will be heavily involved in Sunday night’s game. 1U
