Week 6 of the NFL was the lowest-scoring Sunday since 2014. That is NOT great for betting touchdown scorers. This weekend the totals are shaping up to be a similar low-scoring output particularly due to a windy East Coast (17 mph winds). With that in mind, I’m leaning heavily on running backs this weekend to punch it into the end zone. Let’s dive into my anytime touchdown scorer best bets, but make sure you also read our NFL Week 7 picks for every game this week,

Anytime touchdown scorer best bet: Bijan Robinson, RB, ATL (+140)

Line available at FanDuel Sportsbook at the time of publishing.

Arthur Smith is getting questioned heavily about Robinson’s workload because when he does get touches, the results are very positive. This is a divisional game against the Buccaneers on the road and I’m expecting him to lean on the Texas product. I do not fear Tampa Bay turning this into a negative game script and expect Bijan to score a touchdown on Sunday.

Anytime touchdown scorer best bet: Brian Robinson, RB, WAS (+125)

The Commanders getting the Giants on a short week in a game that they should win leads me to believe that Robinson will see a big workload on Sunday. MetLife Stadium is normally a wind tunnel and this will be amplified with the after-effects of a storm rolling in on Friday/Saturday. Robinson has 5 rushes inside the 5 this season, so let’s see him add to that.

Anytime touchdown scorer best bet: Isiah Pacheco, RB, KC (+105)

Line available at Bet365 at the time of publishing.

Pacheco also has 5 carries inside the 5 this season and 3 touchdowns on the year. The Chargers have given up a rushing touchdown in 3 of their 5 games this season. We’re still getting this at plus-money odds which is a prerequisite for me.

Anytime touchdown scorer best bet: Kareem Hunt, RB, CLE (+250)

Line available at Bet365 at the time of publishing.

These odds just do not compute for me. Hunt had 3 red-zone rush attempts last week and Kevin Stefanski has increased Hunt’s snap count each week over the last 3. Jerome Ford can be the first and second-down back, but Hunt is pushing to make this a timeshare. The Colts have allowed 7 rushing touchdowns to running backs over the first 6 weeks. These odds have great value.

Anytime touchdown scorer best bet: Joshua Dobbs, QB, ARI (+450)

Line available at DraftKings Sportsbook at the time of publishing.

We have to have a longshot in here. This game screams blowout to me and the Seahawks have played only one mobile QB all season — Daniel Jones, who didn’t score, but did rip off 10 carries for 66 yards. The running back situation is murky in Arizona and Dobbs’ days under center could be dwindling. I say he goes out swinging and punches one in.
