Right before the NBA all-star break, we at Pickswise had been crushing it on the same game parlays.

After nailing an 18/1 SGP winner for the Nets vs Knicks matchup last Wednesday (Jan 17), we then nailed another on Thursday (Jan 18) in the 76ers vs Bucks game at 19/1.

The all-star break immediately followed, but we made a winning return in the form of ANOTHER SGP success with Celtics vs Nets at +954 odds.

In addition to that, we nailed a +650 first basket winner as well as our NCAAB mega parlay at +1052 odds.

Let’s break down how it all happened.

19/1, 18/1 and 9/1 NBA SGP wins keep the good times rolling

Some members of the Pickswise Nation may have had FOMO after missing our 19/1 Nets vs Knicks and 18/1 76ers vs Bucks SGPs, but those who hopped on the bandwagon yesterday were able to get in on the action as our +952 Celtics vs Nets same game parlay came off.

Our NBA same game parlay guru Filip Tomic has been unstoppable with these lately, and if you bet 1 unit on each of our same game parlays since last Wednesday, then you would be up 43.2 units with 3 winning SGPs out of 7. Not bad, huh?

Filip’s selections for the Celtics/Nets game were Seth Curry to score 20+ points, Patty Mills over 2.5 assists and Marcus Smart over 1.5 threes. Curry finished the night with 22 points, Mills shared the love with 3 assists and Smart incredibly drained 5 shots from downtown. What a night!

Congrats to those Pickswise Nation members who tailed that SGP, as well as our Nets/Knicks and 76ers/Bucks plays. But fear not, for Filip is not resting on his laurels. He’s already put together another SGP for tonight’s Heat vs Knicks game (+996 odds!).

DeRozan strikes first to land +650 success

With the return of NBA action from the all-star break, we at Pickswise produced our debut NBA first basket best bets of the season, and things got off to a winning start. While Steph Curry and Steven Adams failed to oblige, DeMar DeRozan put the first points on the board in the Hawks vs Bulls matchup to give us a +650 winner and make it a profitable day on those bets.

Don’t miss tonight’s NBA first basket best bets, which includes a +1400 longshot.

Sun Devils and Buckeyes deliver NCAAB mega parlay win

It wasn’t only in the NBA where we had a winning night — we were also celebrating on the college hardwood too. Our ace hoops expert Andrew Ortenberg expertly crafted a two-team NCAAB mega parlay on Arizona State to beat Colorado (+220) and Ohio State to beat Illinois (+260), which then gave a payout of +1052 odds.

The Sun Devils did their part with a resounding 82-65 win over the Buffaloes, while the Buckeyes just about edged past the Fighting Illini with an 86-83 victory. We love it!

Make sure you head to our NCAAB parlays section for tonight’s plays.
