Manchester City and Chelsea secured great results in the Champions League in midweek and will be confident of backing those efforts up when they return to EPL action on Saturday.

City, who won 2-1 at Paris Saint-Germain in France in the first leg of their semi-final tie in the Champions League, are on the road again, this time at Crystal Palace. Chelsea, who tied 1-1 at Real Madrid on Tuesday, host Fulham, their nearest neighbors in West London.

We’ve got tips for both matches on another massive weekend at both ends of the Premier League standings.

Man City-Man City double result vs. Crystal Palace – Half Time/Full Time (-115), 7:30 a.m ET

Crystal Palace is not on a good run of form at the moment with just one win in their last seven, and they needed a penalty kick from Luka Milivojevic to win that one. It was against West Brom, who we know are poor.

The City win part of the bet? I mean, seriously? We know it’s not quite this simple but if you can go to Paris Saint-Germain and win, you’ve got to feel pretty good about going to Palace next up and doing the same.

And you’d expect City to get this won quickly, because that’s what they tend to do. They’ll boss possession and chances and having already thumped Palace 4-0 once this season they should be too strong again.

The City/City halftime/fulltime bet landed that day and usually does when City plays on the road. They have won their last ten road games in the EPL having led at halftime in six of those.

Chelsea to beat Fulham – To Win in Shutout (+118), 12:30 p.m ET

The world of soccer is full of some really great head coaches. Think of Jose Mourinho, Pep Guardiola, Diego Simeone, Carlo Ancelotti, Marcelo Bielsa, Jurgen Klopp.

Well, Thomas Tuchel, the Chelsea head coach, knows all about that little lot. Because since he arrived at Chelsea to coach the London club in January he’s played against teams managed by every single one of those legends – and he’s shutout the lot of them.

That’s what we’re talking these days with Chelsea – an absolute machine. Brilliantly organised at the back, two great goalies to choose from, the DM King in Frenchman Ngolo Kante.

Chelsea have had 16 shutouts in 22 matches under Tuchel. The bet looks pretty obvious from here.

This is kind of a home game for Fulham since Chelsea actually plays in the London borough of Fulham but the Cottagers are going down, on a poor run, and will struggle.

Aston Villa to beat Everton – Money Line (+275), 3 p.m ET

If you fancy taking on Everton these days it’s better to do so at their home stadium.

The Toffees are kings of the road but when it comes to welcoming teams to their Goodison Park stadium they seem to struggle.

Incredibly, they have won only one of their last nine home games in the EPL and that makes Villa an attractive-looking bet.

Villa isn’t exactly in great form themselves these days but they have run both Liverpool and Manchester City close in the last couple of weeks. And with seven road wins banked this season – two more incidentally than Everton have managed at home – you’ve got to go with Villa, right?
