The odds on betting on an NFL anytime touchdown scorer have been severely crushed this season and as a result, we’re forced to look at odds boosts and parlay boosts to improve the value of heavily juiced TD scorers. For the anytime TD scorer best bets I give out, I will do my absolute best to NEVER give out a TD scorer with minus odds. Also, I will use a tier structure to separate the favorites from the longer shots. Let’s dive into my best touchdown scorer NFL prop bets to make for this Sunday’s Week 4 slate. On top of that, you can also check out our NFL picks on the side and total for every game.

The Top Shelf

Dolphins vs Bills anytime touchdown scorer pick: Josh Allen (+145)

Odds available with BetMGM at the time of publishing.

Josh Allen is at risk of going 0-2 in the division this week with Miami coming to town. He found the end zone last week for the first time this season and has a career-high 12 rushing touchdowns against the AFC East. While Latavius Murray has been poaching goal-line touches for Buffalo, this game looks set to be a shootout and that’s usually when Allen shows up. He has scored in 4 touchdowns in 10 games against Miami.

Bengals vs Titans anytime touchdown scorer pick: Ja’Marr Chase (+130)

Odds available with DraftKings Sportsbook at the time of publishing.

Ja’Marr Chase has yet to find the end zone so far this season but I’m expecting that all to change on Sunday against the Tennessee Titans. They are one of the worst passing defenses in the league and will be the perfect spot for Chase to get his first score of the year. I hate using the term “he’s due” because it’s pure laziness, but this is a great matchup for him to get his first TD.

The Mid Shelf:

Steelers vs Texans anytime touchdown scorer pick: Jaylen Warren (+187)

Odds available with Bet365 at the time of publishing.

Jaylen Warren has seen a snap boost every week and the Texans are prime for giving up big games to running backs. An RB has scored a TD on the ground against Houston in every game this season and I love getting this at almost 2/1 odds.

Commanders vs Eagles anytime touchdown scorer pick: Brian Robinson Jr. (+175)

Odds available with FanDuel Sportsbook at the time of publishing.

Philly is always a tough spot when it comes to running the ball, but Brian Robinson’s volume is too large to deny. He scored against the Eagles last season and was held out of the end zone for the first time this season against Buffalo. The game was a blowout and it limited Robinson to just 37% of snaps. While this game has blowout potential, Washington is not a pushover within the division and was the team to deliver Philly its first loss of 2022. These odds are just too high for a guy that could see 18-20 carries on Sunday.

The Basement:

Buccaneers vs Saints anytime touchdown scorer pick: Juwan Johnson (+450)

Odds available with DraftKings Sportsbook at the time of publishing.

Juwan Johnson should see a slight boost in targets this week with Jameis Winston under center, and this Bucs defense has been eaten up by tight ends through 3 weeks. At +450, these odds are too high to ignore considering Johnson plays 70% of snaps.

Rams vs Colts anytime touchdown scorer pick: Colts Defense/Special Teams (+650)

Odds available with DraftKings Sportsbook at the time of publishing.

The Rams are in trouble if Alaric Jackson can’t go at LT and Joe Noteboom is forced to slide outside from RG. The Colts’ front 7 is a strength of this team and when Matthew Stafford is pressured, bad things happen. His throws across the middle of the field are often erratic and have been intercepted 4 times already. I can’t see that improving in Week 4 and one of those might be taken to the house.
