It’s the start of a brand new week, and we’ve got some great action in the NBA, NHL and NCAAB to get excited for. Let’s kick things off and make your next bet better!

About Last Night

Lakers’ slump continues
If Lakers fans weren’t already panicking, they should be now. Los Angeles was crushed 123-95 by the Pelicans last night, and it’s starting to feel like LeBron versus the world. The Lakers are now just 2.5 games inside the play-in tournament. Meanwhile, our props expert JutPicks nailed his pick of James Harden over 21.5 points, and we’ve now cashed our last 4 player props.

Jets and Blues win big to cash +910 parlay
We went big on our NHL standard parlay yesterday at odds north of 9/1, but fortune favored the bold as all 3 legs came in! We had the Oilers/Hurricanes game under 6.5, which cashed easily with just 3 goals scored. Then we had the Jets and Blues on the puck line with both of those teams doing their part. The Blues battered the Blackhawks 4-0, while the Jets scored 3 goals in the 3rd period to beat the Coyotes 5-3!

Today’s Slate

Magnificent 7 games in NBA
We’ve got 7 games to look forward to in the NBA tonight, headlined by the NBA TV clash between the Hornets and Bucks at 8:00 pm ET. Both teams have been on fire offensively this season, and with the total set at 241.5 points, you can expect plenty of fireworks. Check out our picks for that game and tonight’s other 6 NBA matchups.

Light slate in college basketball
Things are really starting to get tense in college basketball with just one week to go until conference tournaments start. The headline game tonight pits last season’s NCAA Tournament winners Baylor against No. 20 Texas, which is live on ESPN at 9:00 pm ET. Get our picks for tonight’s big NCAAB games.

Intriguing trio of games in NHL
There are only 3 games taking place on the ice tonight, but that includes a crunch game between the Bruins and Kings on NHL Network at 7:30 pm ET. Read our predictions for today’s NHL matchups.

Best Bet of the Day

Toronto Raptors -2.5 over Brooklyn Nets
7:30 pm ET

The Raptors have been blown out in both their games since the all-star break, and it’s time for them to wake up. Playing at home has been an issue all season for the Nets, and they are just 2-12 against the spread over their last 14 at Barclays Center. Against the Raptors at home, they’ve covered just once in the last 7 meetings. With 2 days of rest since the loss at Atlanta, I expect the Raptors to be fully energized. Fred VanVleet has been dealing with knee soreness, but he should feel a lot better in this game. All in all, the Raptors should be able to win this one fairly easily. They’ve gone 17-12-1 ATS on the road this season. Read our full game preview for Raptors vs Nets.

Stat of the Day

When the Hornets have played with no rest, the over has cashed in 8 of 11 games this season.

Boost of the Day
