Best Bet of the Day

Patriots -3.5 vs New York Giants
6pm ET, NFL Network

The Giants are set to give their starters (minus the injured Saquon Barkley and Kyle Rudolph) an extended run against the Patriots, but New England has been dominant so far in the preseason, crushing Washington and Philadelphia. Take Bill Belichick’s revitalized team to continue in the same style against a third NFC East team. Read our full game preview for this matchup.

Stat of the Day

Tampa Bay and Baltimore have faced each other 18 times in 2021, and the Rays have won 17 of those matchups! Check out our full preview of the Rays vs Orioles here.

Must-read

It’s U.S. Open tennis time and our previews of the men’s tournament as Novak Djokovic chases a calendar-year Grand Slam and the women’s competition in New York have dropped on the site today ahead of the action starting tomorrow morning. Ravens wait on news of JK Dobbins’ injury
Baltimore’s dominant preseason campaign ended on a major downer as starting running back JK Dobbins exited their 37-3 win over Washington with what looked like a serious knee injury. Dobbins impressed as a rookie last year and was set to lead the Ravens’ ground-game, ahead of Gus Edwards and Justice Hill. Baltimore is +1400 to win the Super Bowl.
