Week 8 of the NFL season kicks wraps up with Monday Night Football between the Chicago Bears and Seattle Seahawks at Lumen Field in Seattle. It is without question a potential NFC Championship previews, as the Bears (5-2) are explosive offensively and the Seahawks (4-3) are starting to look like the 2025 version of themselves.

I have been red hot with my Same Game Parlays in recent weeks. Let's keep the momentum going with my SGP for Monday’s primetime festivities, which get underway at 8:15 pm ET on ESPN. Also be sure to check out our full Bears vs Seahawks predictions.

Seahawks -5.5 alternate spread (+120)

Jaxon Smith-Njigba to record 120+ receiving yards (+166)

Jaxon Smith-Njigba to score a touchdown (-115)

Parlay odds: +600

Part of the value in a Same Game Parlay, of course, is that all of its components can be correlated if you so choose. That is the entire plan here, as Seattle receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba having a big night would obviously work well with a big win by the Seahawks. Let’s break down each of the three legs.

Seahawks -5.5 alternate spread (+120)

The Seahawks were 3-3 through six weeks. Although their 4-3 record is still unspectacular and borderline unacceptable for a team of this caliber, their performance last Sunday night proves that they are capable of repeating. In a potential Super Bowl preview against a rejuvenated Kansas City squad, Seattle harassed Patrick Mahomes all game long en route to a 20-3 blowout. Mahomes was knocked down eight times, threw a pick and averaged an anemic 5.0 yards per pass attempt. Kenneth Walker III finished with only 36 yards on 14 carries in his return to Seattle. On the other side of the ball, Sam Darnold averaged 9.2 yards per attempt and had his connection with Jaxon Smith-Njigba working to typical perfection. The Seahawks’ offense should only be getting better and better now that they have acquired eight-time Pro Bowl guard Quenton Nelson from Indianapolis. That puts even more pressure on a Chicago defense that is also making additions prior to the trade deadline but still inspires little confidence. A -3 spread in Seattle effectively means that oddsmakers are pricing these teams as completely even on a neutral field. That is putting too much respect on a relatively unproven Bears outfit against the defending Super Bowl champions.

Jaxon Smith-Njigba to record 120+ receiving yards (+166)

Smith-Njigba has exceeded the century mark in six of seven games so far this season. He has racked up at least 120 yards on five occasions, including 150 or more on two occasions. In other words, getting to this 120 quote is nothing out of the ordinary for JSN and therefore has outstanding value at +166 odds. It’s not like he has a bad matchup on his hands, either. Quite the contrary – facing Chicago is one of the best matchups any receiver could have. The Bears are dead last in the entire NFL in yards per pass attempt allowed (8.7).

Jaxon Smith-Njigba to score a touchdown (-115)

The former Ohio State standout also shouldn’t have any trouble finding the endzone on Monday Night Football. He has scored eight touchdowns in seven games this year, including three against Arizona and two against Washington. Smith-Njigba is simply a scoring machine, and he is now facing a Chicago defense that has surrendered 11 touchdowns through the air this season. It’s also worth noting that this is a team that – without reigning Super Bowl MVP Kenneth Walker III – is struggling mightily to run the football. It has no reliable ball-carriers, especially not in the red zone. You have to think that Darnold will continue to target his favorite receiver over and over again near the goal line.
