The 2026 Major League Baseball All-Star Game will take place on Tuesday night in Philadelphia. Although this is probably the slowest sports week on the entire annual calendar, baseball’s best are at least on hand in the City of Brotherly Love to provide some entertainment. With the Midsummer Classic set for 8:00 pm ET on FOX, it’s time to break down my 2026 MLB All-Star Game Same Game Parlay. Also don’t forget to check out all of our MLB picks for EVERY GAME through the remainder of the season.

MLB All-Star Game parlay pick: National League ML (-135)

The MLB All-Star Game is generally a crapshoot, but in this case the National League has good value even as a considerable favorite. Although both rosters are always loaded and this year is no exception, I am much more intrigued by what the home side has to offer in 2026. Its lineup features Freddie Freeman, Juan Soto, CJ Abrams and 2025 ASG MVP Kyle Schwarber, with Bryce Harper, Matt Olson and Pete Crow-Armstrong among the reserves. Shohei Ohtani is not playing, but don’t forget that the American League is without Aaron Judge, Vladimir Guerrero Jr., Byron Buxton, and Nick Kurtz.

The NL also boasts the superior starting pitcher in Philadelphia’s Cristopher Sanchez compared to Toronto’s Dylan Cease. It will only make Sanchez even more inspired that he is pitching in front of his own fans as Citizens Bank Park. The visitors do not have Tarik Skubal, while Cam Schlittler is on the team but will not pitch on Tuesday. Quite simply, the National League is the superior side on paper and has home-field advantage.

MLB All-Star Game parlay pick: Under 7.5 (-105)

Although the number is small by the standards of a normal baseball game, there is no need to overthink this one. Good pitching generally gets the best of good hitting, and this matchup is the best pitchers in the world facing the best hitters in the world. As is usually the case in the All-Star Game, advantage: pitching. The Midsummer Classic has produced 7 runs or fewer in 4 of the last 6 years, with the only exceptions being an 8-run tally in 2024, and then the exception to the rule that was a 12-run onslaught last season. Keep in mind, though, that the 2025 ASG was a 2-0 game going into the bottom of the 6th inning and the American League did not score a single run until the top of the 7th.

In the 2024 contest, runs were scored in just 3 half innings of the 18 played – 3 in the top of the third, 3 in the bottom of the third and 2 in the bottom of the fifth. Other than that, it was goose-eggs across the board. A National League park has witnessed more than 7 runs just twice dating back to 2016. Count another low-scoring affair this time around.

MLB All-Star Game SGP pick: Kyle Schwarber to record a hit (+130)

The 2025 Midsummer Classic was decided by a Home Run Derby tiebreaker following a 6-6 tie through 9 innings. Schwarber was the hero, belting 3 dingers during his turn to give the NL 4 homers to AL’s 3 in the swing-off. The slugger is now playing at home in Philadelphia, so don’t be surprised if his encore performance includes at least 1 hit. Schwarber is a modest 3-for-13 lifetime against Cease, but all 3 of his hits have been of the extra-base variety – 2 home runs and 1 double.
