Brewers vs Rays Same Game Parlay: Best SGP Picks for 2026 MLB World Series Game 3
The Tampa Bay Rays were able to jump out to an early 4-0 lead in the top of the first inning in Game 2 of the World Series. Milwaukee rebounded with 2 runs of their own in the bottom of the first. The Brewers were able to come from behind and snag a victory, propelling them to a 2-0 lead in this best-of-7 series. Game 3 is set to entertain the masses on Monday, so let’s dive in and discuss my Same Game Parlay for this game.
Robert Gasser (MIL) under 3.5 Strikeouts Recorded
Milwaukee Brewers First 5 Innings Team Total under 1.5
Tampa Bay Rays ML
Rays vs Brewers Same Game Parlay odds: +305
There are ways to spice this parlay up and increase the odds for a larger payout, but this correlated same game parlay is my favorite way of attacking Game 3. Let's dive in further!
Rays vs Brewers Same Game Parlay Pick: Robert Gasser (MIL) under 3.5 Strikeouts Recorded
Tampa Bay was a very disciplined lineup at the plate this season, posting one of the smaller strikeout rates in the sport. Against left-handed pitching specifically their strikeout rate of 18.1% sat as the lowest mark in MLB. While not always a lethal lineup against lefties, posting a wRC+ of 90 during the regular season, their ability to put the ball in play should help us with our first leg of the parlay.
Robert Gasser is the scheduled starter for Milwaukee in Game 3. Gasser tossed 109.1 innings across 21 total outings this season for the Brewers. His strikeout rate sat at 49th percentile despite ranking just 22nd percentile in chase rate and 28th percentile in whiff rate. In 2 postseason outings that combined for 9 innings of work, Gasser has recorded just 6 strikeouts with 3 in each outing. Now, with the shortness of a World Series leash, and a matchup against the contact-heavy Rays, I favor the under on his 3.5 strikeout prop.
Rays vs Brewers Same Game Parlay Pick: Brewers F5 TT u1.5
Freddy Peralta has been a valuable piece of this Tampa Bay Rays starting rotation since acquired from the Mets at the trade deadline. His postseason performance has been exactly what they hoped for with 16.2 innings of 2-run ball in 4 outings including a clutch bullpen performance. Tampa Bay opted to use Peralta at home instead of an emotional environment against his former team in Milwaukee. In 37.1 home innings as a Ray Peralta has allowed just 6 combined earned runs while allowing no more than 2 in any outing.
Milwaukee is a tough lineup that can make any opposing pitcher look weak at times, but I have faith in Peralta performing in this spot. Tampa Bay made noticeable changes to his set up and delivery upon acquiring him, and those changes have paid off for both sides. I have faith that Peralta can keep scoring low early on in this game and favor the under on the Brewers 1.5 team total through 5 innings of play. If your book doesn’t offer this prop in a parlay, I am fine pivoting to under 3.5 for the full game team total.
Rays vs Brewers Same Game Parlay Pick: Rays ML
I am sticking by the Rays winning at least 1 game in this World Series. Tampa Bay was too tough all season long to fizzle out at the end, and their best play this season came in their home park. The Rays were 55-26 at home this season, matching the home dominance of Milwaukee for the best home record. Tampa Bay is a relentless team and I believe they are rightfully favored in Game 3. I actually think they should be heavier favorites in this spot.
I don’t necessarily believe the offense will dominate in this spot, but with the form of both Peralta and this deep bullpen they shouldn’t need a ton of run support. Tampa should look to create havoc on the base paths with their speed and Chandler Simpson could play a major role in this game at some point. This parlay returns over 3/1 and any price above that mark is good in my eyes. Make sure to keep an eye out for any profit boosts that could enhance this payout even further!
