Cade Povich has pitched in 16 games for the Orioles this season, totaling 81.1 innings of work under his belt. His production, like most Baltimore pitchers, has been lackluster with a 1.44 WHIP and 4.98 ERA. He has struggled against either handedness of batter or Houston is a right-handed heavy unit that is likely to stack the order in their favor. In what should be an interesting matchup, I lean towards the over on the posted game total.
