Dodgers vs Cardinals Pickswise Expert Predictions

Los Angeles Dodgers
Money Line Pick
LA Dodgers Win(-185)

The Dodgers and Cardinals face off on Saturday afternoon, after the Cardinals took Friday’s game 5-0. The Dodgers collected 10 hits, but scattered them around, and failed to score. Neither team used much of their bullpen, which should mean that we see a lot of zeroes in this game, especially late. It might be worth giving the under a look, but I am going to take the Dodgers on the Money Line. Sure, there is not a lot of meat on the bone here, but hopefully this will be close to a sure thing.

The Dodgers will turn to Yoshi Yamamoto. He ran into a bit of trouble last time against the Yankees, but he has otherwise mowed through most opponents all season. He has to be considered a huge advantage over Cardinals starter Erick Fedde. Fedde has been good enough this season, but you have to think that a Dodger lineup that was held scoreless on Friday will balance out on Saturday. With a fresh bullpen and a high likelihood of having the lead after 5 innings because of the pitching advantage, surely the Dodgers would win this one. I’ll take the small, hopefully safe payout.

Dodgers vs Cardinals Prediction: Dodgers ML (-185) available at the time of publishing. Playable at that number.
