The right-hander has been one of the sports top pitching prospects for years, and his talent was apparent in that debut. I expect him to deliver another strong outing against the aforementioned struggling Giants offense. Behind him is a relatively rested bullpen considering they are not entering this series following an off day. I favor the under in game 1 between San Francisco and Philadelphia.
