4-team World Cup soccer parlay picks & predictions at mega +675 odds on Sunday

Spain midfielder Sergio Busquets (16) kicks the ball against El Salvador at FedEx Field.

Group E and Group F will be back on the field at the World Cup on Sunday. The 4-game schedule is headlined by a showdown between Spain and Germany, 2 countries that had very different openers. Spain humiliated Costa Rica 7-0, while Germany was upset by Japan via a 2-1 decision. Belgium, which battled to a 1-0 victory over Canada earlier this week, is also in action.

We have come up with a 4-leg parlay that pays +675 odds per FanDuel Sportsbook at the time of publishing.

Japan ML (-230)

Belgium vs Morocco Under 2.5 (-158)

Croatia ML (+110)

Spain vs Germany BTTS (-174)

4-leg parlay odds: +675

Let’s check out the reasoning behind each of our selections.

Japan ML (-230) – 5:00 am ET

Japan produced an excellent display to upset Germany in their opening group stage contest and they should back up that victory with a win over a poor Costa Rica side. Los Ticos’ confidence and belief must have been dented by a 7-0 hammering against Spain.

Belgium vs Morocco Under 2.5 (-158) – 8:00 am ET

Belgium were given a rough ride by Canada, but the Red Devils collected a crucial victory and with three points in the bag, Roberto Martinez may set his side up to sit in against Morocco. The Atlas Lions managed only two shots on target against Croatia and this has the look of a low-scoring contest.

Croatia ML (+110) – 11:00 am ET

Canada paid the price for failing to convert their chances against Belgium and they may not find opportunities as easy to come by against Croatia. Zlatko Dalic has the players in Luca Modric, Marcelo Brozovic and Mateo Kovacic to control the midfield and that stability can win Croatia the game.

Spain vs Germany BTTS (-174) – 2:00 pm ET

While the USMNT looked good for 45 minutes against Wales on Monday, England looked super-slick for the full 90 against Iran. Tim Ream and Walker Zimmerman were eventually given a decent workout by giant striker Kieffer Moore but it’s England’s little guys, the pacy Raheem Sterling, Bukayo Saka and Jack Grealish, who are likely to be asking all the questions at the Al Bayt Stadium.

Gregg Berhalter’s much-prized midfield dictated terms against Wales but England’s duo of Declan Rice and Jude Bellingham is a step up in class again and Christian Pulisic won’t be finding anything like the space he enjoyed on Monday. The U.S. looked decent enough against Wales, much better than some of their critics had anticipated after a rocky build-up, but Euro 2020 finalist England is on another level.
